Do you restock sold-out items?
Some seasonal items are limited, while core items may be restocked. You can sign up for email notifications on individual product pages to be alerted when inventory becomes available.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

What are your shipping costs?
Ella the Label Charleston offers Standard Ground Shipping at no cost ($0.00) for all domestic orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or handling fees.

How long does shipping take?
Order handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Transit time: 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday). Total estimated delivery: 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information is provided via email once the carrier has scanned the package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. There are no restocking fees.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Credits are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
